Empowerment & Leadership Program
The Empowerment & Leadership Program serves as the foundation of Pretty With Purpose. This year-round mentoring program helps young ladies discover who they are, develop confidence, strengthen leadership abilities, build healthy relationships, and prepare for adulthood. Participants meet monthly through workshops, mentoring sessions, community service projects, guest speakers, networking opportunities, and leadership activities. The program focuses on developing the whole person, not only academically, but emotionally,
socially, spiritually, and professionally.
College and Career Prep
The College and Career Prep program offers workshops, resources, and counseling to help young ladies navigate the complexities of college admissions and career planning. We ensure each participant is well-prepared for the next step in their educational and career journey, from crafting resumes to applying for scholarships and colleges.
Health & Wellness Program
The Health & Wellness Program promotes healthy lifestyles while addressing the mental, emotional, physical, nutritional, and social well-being of young ladies. The program recognizes that healthy students perform better academically and socially. Through education, support services, counseling referrals, fitness activities, and wellness workshops,
participants learn lifelong healthy habits.
Youth Success & Behavioral Development Program - Pathways to Success Program - Breaking Barriers Program
The Youth Success & Behavioral Development Program is designed to provide early intervention, mentorship, behavioral support, and life coaching for students experiencing academic, behavioral, social, or emotional challenges. Rather than labeling youth as "at-risk," this strengths-based program focuses on identifying barriers, building resilience, restoring confidence, and equipping participants with the tools needed to become successful students, responsible citizens, and future leaders. The program partners with schools, juvenile justice systems, alternative education campuses, law enforcement agencies, counselors, mental health providers, and families to create individualized success plans.
