Empowerment Program
Monthly themed gatherings — vision boards, guest speakers, panels, mental health check-ins — that build the self-esteem, leadership, and financial literacy young women need to walk into every room with purpose.

The Pre’Tea Sip & Social is a special evening designed to celebrate, uplift, and connect young ladies in a fun, elegant, and empowering atmosphere before the official Pretty With Purpose, Inc. Tea Party experience. This event creates a safe space for girls to build confidence, develop meaningful friendships, network with mentors and leaders, and enjoy an unforgettable social experience centered around sisterhood, leadership, and personal growth.
Throughout the evening, attendees will enjoy tea refreshments, interactive conversations, music, photo opportunities, games, inspiration, and moments of encouragement that remind each young lady of her value, purpose, and potential. The event also serves as an opportunity for mentees, parents, mentors, supporters, and community partners to come together and celebrate the accomplishments and future of the next generation of young women leaders.
The Pre’Tea Sip & Social is more than just a social gathering, it is an experience that encourages young ladies to embrace confidence, elegance, leadership, and authenticity while creating lasting memories and meaningful connections.
