President - Ayanna Whitebear
Ms. Ayanna is the President of Pretty With Purpose, Inc. Mentoring and Leadership Program for girls ages 12-19. She has a Bachelors in Pre-Law and works as a Litigation Paralegal. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Ms. Ayanna's vision was instilled from the situations that were experienced throughout her life. She became pregnant at 15 and a mother at the age of 16. She got kicked out and ran away from home multiple times as a teenager. She attended college with no direction and tons of loans. As a whole we have collectively overcome experiences to give back to our young ladies, to encourage them to make better choices in life in wanting more for yourself. We are here to make a difference.
As the President of Pretty With Purpose, Inc., we strive to help young ladies find their purpose in life, and understand who they want to become. Encourage young ladies to have ambition to stay on the right track with their goals. We encourage them to embrace their confidence with blossoming into their full potential as young ladies. We seek to achieve leaders ready to embrace their purpose, moving within a higher level and authority.
Vice President - Rika Martin
CEO and founder of Royal Transformations, and author of Journey To Royalty. Coach Rika is an influential, motivating speaker, life coach, mother and Queen. Coach Rika has seen many obstacles in life that could have easily destroyed her, but she triumphed. As she Lives royally, you can as well, she can provide you with the tools, and how to use the tools to overcome.
Coach Rika has survived abandonment, low self-esteem, teenage motherhood, and domestic violence to just name a few. Coach Rika knew that there was more to life than limits, brokenness, confusion, and hopelessness. Once she realized that she is royalty, she could not be stopped. Coach Rika is determined to teach woman and young ladies how to live a life of Royalty.
Secretary - Asia Karriem
My name is Asia Karriem and I am a Retired US Army Veteran, Esthetician, and an Airbnb Host. I graduated Class of 2019 from Cedar Hill High School. I like to go to the gym, attend social events and travel around the world as a form of self care. Being a part of Pretty With Purpose, Inc. is really inspiring because growing up, I did not feel as if I had a very big support system, nor did I have the holistic guidance to step out into the real world. A substantial amount of the experience that I have, has come from watching others make the wrong decisions, as well as trial and error for the things I’ve done in my own life.
